Tea and Medals is an online print-to-order service managed by Paul Carpenter Film and Media. We are based in the UK, in outer London. When you place an order using this website, your items will be processed by the closest authorised manufacturer who will then deliver the goods to your shipping address. This makes our products available worldwide while minimising the carbon footprint and shipping costs wherever possible.

We design our unique products and sell them exclusively on this website. Our range includes traditional freehand art prints and digital designs, professionally reproduced on high-quality clothing, useful gifts and fun stuff.

Most products will be delivered to UK addresses within 5-10 working days. Please see the product pages for details of the expected manufacture and delivery times. International deliveries will take longer and may be delayed by local customs or delivery services. Please allow up to 30 days for international deliveries although most products arrive much sooner.

We diligently source suppliers who are willing to deliver high-quality products using ethical, sustainable, and planet-friendly practices. Our product pages provide eco-credentials, including packaging details, fabric and dyes. Many of our products can be produced in multiple locations and dispatched locally to reduce the need to ship long distances.

We ship to the UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia. Many products can be produced in multiple locations to reduce shipping costs to your country. Please check individual product pages for more details on where the item can be sent. Please note that international delivery times vary based on the country of origin. If you are in a country unable to receive the product, you will be unable to complete the checkout process. Delivery costs will be shown during checkout and cannot be altered.

You may return items at your own expense within 14 days after receiving the delivery in line with your statutory rights. As a small business, all our items are made to order and we do not carry stock, so we kindly ask you do not return items unless absolutely necessary. There are no additional charges for items delivered within the UK. International orders may incur customs charges or local taxes. If so, the buyer will be responsible for paying all associated local taxes in order to receive the items. VAT is not applicable to prices on the Tea and Medals website.
