Tea and Medals is a small business currently offering print-on-demand products. This means items are made for you after you place an order using this website and we respectfully ask that customers consider this before deciding which items to order. You may choose to return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving the item but we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange after this period. Sale or promotional items are not included in our returns policy. Other exclusions also apply (see below).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Digital downloads or other intangible products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

To raise a return, please email us at You must include your full name, address, order number, and details of why you are returning the item. If there is a fault or quality issue with the product, please provide as much information as possible including supporting photos. This will enable us to resolve your query as quickly as possible.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You must package all items safely and appropriately and return them to the address provided to you by email when you request a refund.

Refunds or partial refunds will not be granted for:

Books or stationery with obvious signs of use

Sale or promotional items

Items of clothing with visible signs of wear

Sealed items which have been opened

Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Digital or other intangible items

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund on the due date, first check your bank account before contacting your credit card company. It may take some time before the funds reach your account. If you believe the refund has gone missing or another problem has occurred, please email and we will be happy to assist you.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at including details and preferably photos of the damage or defect. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Return Shipping and Shipping Refunds

A domestic UK shipping address will be provided after your return has been approved. You will be responsible for paying all associated shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible for any returned items lost in the post and cannot process a refund or exchange until we have received the original purchase.
